One hundred fifty-six homes, most of them within twenty minutes of our office.
Every house on this map is one we remodeled, added to, or built for a family on the Peninsula or in the South Bay since 2010. If one of these is near you, ask us on the walk and we will tell you which neighbors we can introduce you to.

Why a map, and not a list of names
A contractor's best reference is the house two doors down. Most of our work comes from a neighbor who watched a project go in, saw the crew show up at the same time every morning, and asked for a card. We keep the names off the map because the homes belong to the families who live in them. We are glad to make an introduction when you are deciding, with their permission.
The cluster along the Mountain View and Los Altos line is where the Izumi family has lived since the 1950s and where Tomio raises his own kids today. The houses in Willow Glen, Los Gatos and Palo Alto came the same way, one neighbor at a time.
Building in each city
What the housing stock, the permit office and the owners ask for, city by city:
Every proposal and every budget study carries a page like this, drawn around your house.
The page shows our completed homes within one, two and five miles of yours, the nearest one, and the year we first worked on your street. It rides behind the proposal with our client reviews, so you can see the track record before you read the numbers.
